Default 89 600 running on 2 cylinders

Hey guys, I pulled my bike out from storage and had a problem with it getting started just happened to be corrosion on the run switch. Replaced plugs and all those good things. Now when i get it started up it only runs off of the 2 left (if you sitting on it) cylinders. I checked the headers and the right 2 are both relatively cool to the touch. There is a lot of backfire when im on the throttle from both the tail pipe and straight back out of the carbs. I know I cleaned the carbs before I put it away last season and it was running awesome. Any idea whats going on now? Thanks as always.

make sure your plug wires are on in the correct order. (L)one coil will fire plug 1 & 4 and the other (R)coil fires 2 & 3.

Also check your spark plug wires and DEFINETLY check for spark on those two cylinders... If one wire doesnt work neither will spark. If theres no spark test the coil. I just got a CBR600 and it wouldn't start, there was no spark so I checked the rpm sensors and it ended up being a dirty connector... then started right up.
