I've decided to convert my 1987 Hurricane to 2003 CBR600RR plastics. The bike didn't come with any plastics with the exception of the front fender. I know I will have some fab work to do but it looks like it will fit. A lot of guys have used the RR tail, but not many with the full plastics conversion.

Anybody on here done this?

Thaks for the link. That's exactly what I want to do. My bike is not as nice as that one, but I paid $250 US and it actually is cleaner than it looks in the picture below. Engine is very sound and pretty much everything is there to do the conversion. I bought the original back fender than is in the pic. I have a line on a full set of 2003 RR fairings so I really think I will move forward with this.
