Could be an earthing problem on one of the components - clean all the earth points, and try again.
Most people start in the new member section and introduce themselves, but whatever spins your wheels.

Cylinders 2 and 3 both fire from the same ignition coil. The coil should get its signal from the L/Y wire from spark unit. The BL/W is common to both coils and goes to the engine stop switch as well as the spark unit.
Turn the ignition switch on and engine stop switch to run. With a voltmeter measure voltage between the spark unit 6 pin connector Black/white (+) and green (-) connectors. Then repeat for the blue/yellow (+) and green (-) connectors. You should read battery voltage. If the battery voltage is correct- check for a damaged engine stop switch or ignition or open/short circuits in the harness.
Check the ignition coil secondary coil resistance with the plug leads on you should measure 21000 to 25000 ohms.
If the voltage is less than battery voltage turn the ignition off and check the resistance between the spark unit 4-pin connector white/yellow and blue connectors with an ohmmeter. You should read 450-550 ohms. If you do not get this reading the spark unit is probably bad.
If you do get it then the pulse generator needs to be tested.
Hope this helps.

Disconnect the harness and measure.
