is it possable to put a 1000 in a 600 frame? i know im crazy but im always wanting to change something. found a killer salvage yard that has been a big help in rebuilding my ebay reck that has several 1000 in stock

 

I had talked about this at one point, just for converstations sake, but I'm not sure. Surely the block would be bigger from the bigger displacement, but I really don't have a clue. Would be an interesting project though. If you do it, keep us updated.

 

Not possible, two completely different motors and frames. The 1000 motor sits upright, where as the 600 has a downdraft design.
