Default 1989 paint ?

I just bought my 1989 cbr 600 so i've been doing alot of research. I found it odd that although it has a similar red white and blue paint but the more I saw photos of other 89's, i noticed that my paint was different. Did Honda use different styles ? does anyone have an explaination for this. I attached a photo of my bike.
(this is the bike when i first bought it )

Looks like somebody had it painted their way. A lot like the f2's red white and blue scheme. There is no Hurricane sticker on the tank and the honda logo is wrong for stock, but who cares. It looks good. Enjoy the hell out of her!

yeah someone definatly painted it. the red, white, and blue scheme that the hurricanes came with weren't close to that, but the bike still looks great! get out there and enoy it!
