UPDATE TIME!!!!

OK!!! tank is primed and looking alot better. tail is also comming along with the fiberglass seat delete being done. well the seats not done but the fiberglass part is almost there lol. I'm feeling lazy so im not putting any captions up right now but they kinda speek for themselves what they are. with out further adu.

 

whats everyone think about a flat, maybe even chalkboard, military green theme??? i think it would look very fitting on a fighter if i took the front off again.

I've got a little work to do but your thread gives me some solid cosmetic ideas. I definitely plan on doing an 03-06 tail. Haven't decided on a headlight yet though.

anyway, got some more updates

Fiberglassing is done! that was actually pretty fun to do


started throwing on some fiberglass bondo. going to flatten it first then maybe go for a hump.








And heres the bike as she sits now!

sanded tail and remudded

 

tail is nearing completion. im applying the glazing puddy now and leveling the top flat part also. its taking a little longer since its only been in the 50's the past day or to. hopefully tomorrow it will be warm and i can get this primed!

 

TAIL IS FINISHED!!! just need to prime and paint! here's some pictures. hope you enjoy.
