hey guys i was directed here by a few people and had a big question. i was wondering if a cbr1000f cdi box qould work on a cbr600f. i have seen one and it looks similar to a cdi box off a cbr600. didnt know if id have to do some type of wiring or not. i love this bike and really want to keep it around for sometime maybe pass it down to my son. i have found a lot more 1000f cdi's than 600f's. huge price difference.

 

Check out an OEM supplier, like Ron Ayer.com or cheapcycleparts.com, and compare part numbers. If they're the same then I would think it would work.
