Beautifuljob. Maybe it's just me, but I think it looks more copper than tangerine. Regardless, you havea gorgeous bike!

Why so little action in the Blackbird forum?? Thismodel had a pretty good productionrun, and it's so hot looking.

Thats the beauty of this paint it canlook anywhere from a brown to a gold to orange or at night it even looks like a dark red appearantly the paint is big in USA by Spray chief paints. I took another pic of it yesterday and as you can see its different again.

I love that color. Reminds me of a burnt orange Z06 a buddy of mine at work had. Sweet.

Wow, it looks like the same colour as my brothers triumph tiger. Aren't you gonna do the top box as well? I bought my Blackbird as a catagory D write off, thought about a different colour re-spray but stuck with maroon, boring I know, but I'd have had to faff about changing details with the D.V.L.A.etc.

Carl, I have asked the fella that did the paintwork and he thinks it would be too much doing the top box, and with the hard panniers i have placed the chrome XX decals each side to break up the black a bit seems to work okay. Everywhere I go now I have looks and boy does it stand out you can see it about half a mile away. My wife saw me in traffic the other day and said that it really stood out, and also it is a one off. When I was enqurying about the colour change the bike shop nearly had a heart attack as it was only 3 months old now she is 6 months.

Thanks for the comments

Box wont go any where there are two pins plus a locking mechanism holding it down. I have it back a little so the wife isnt pushed up into my back so she has plenty of room and so do i.
