Well, the manual doesn't have anything in mm, but here is what it reads:
"To adjust standard position (front pre-load):
1. Turn the pre-load adjuster counterclockwise until it will no longer turn. This is the full soft setting.
2. Turn the adjuster clockwise 7 turns. This is the standard position.
3. Make sure both fork legs are adjusted to the same position."
"To adjust the standard position (front rebound damping):
1. Turn the rebound damping adjuster clockwise until it will no longer turn. This is the full hard setting.
2. Turn the adjuster counterclockwise 2 1/4 turns. This is the standard position.
3. Make sure both fork legs are adjusted to the same position."
"To adjust standard position (compression damping)"
1. Turn the damping adjuster clockwise until it will no longer turn. This is the full hard setting.
2. Turn the adjuster counterclockwise approximately 1 3/4 turns so that the punch mark on the adjuster aligns with the reference punch mark. This is the standard position.
3. Make sure both fork legs are adjusted to the same position."
"To adjust spring pre-load:
Positions 1 to 3: for a light load and smooth road conditions
Position 4: standard position
Positions 5 to 10: for when the motorcycle is more heavily loaded (also increase spring pre-load for stiffer suspension)"
"To adjust standard position (rear suspension damping)
1. Turn the damping adjuster clockwise until it will no longer turn. This is the full hard setting.
2. Turn the adjuster counterclockwise approximately 2 1/4 turns so that the punch mark on the adjuster aligns with the reference punch mark. This is the standard position.
"To adjust standard position (rear compression damping)
1. Turn the damping adjuster clockwise until it will no longer turn. This is the full hard setting.
2. Turn the adjuster counterclockwise 17 clicks so that the punch mark on the adjuster aligns with the reference punch mark. This is the standard position."
Hope this helps...
