Im working on a 2009 CBR 1000RR. The owner has had the right side gear case sealed three times before at another shop, and can not get it to seal and it leaks along the bottom. I was looking in the manual for that model and could not find any specs for warpage. Does Honda not have specs for this? And if they do, where can I find this?

Any information or advice would be great.

Have you tried placing a straight edge against the parts? I'm not real familiar with these engines but I'm pretty sure they should all be pretty flat/straight.
