I have the 2 brothers titanium slip on and I am very happy with it. I took of the exhaust valve and cut the cable attached to it. I turned the servo to take release the cables and pulled them out of the hose that ran the cable to the exhaust valve. I also cut away at the hose that was near the exhaust valve to make sure it did not get in the way. Once you know what you are doing then it is very easy. This forum has all the information to walk you thru every step. Did not see any O2 sensor but when I installed the PCIII they listed a Oxygen Sensor eliminator kit. It is for California and European models so it might not effect you.

I installed the 2 Brother Carbon Fiber Can on my RepSol......Awesome sound and no problems what so ever. The engine has a really good lope to it at idle now and I can tell a huge difference in the midrange. 4000 to 9000rpm it trys to remove your arms from their sockets its pullin so hard. I havent installed a PC III yet but I plan to here soon. I'll let ya know if that makes any difference in its self or if its just hype. Easy install also and no O2 Sensor to speak of. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

My two brothers comes in tomorrow and I can't wait. They oxygen sensor you speak of is there but it is after the headers. I saw it on a diagram on the service manual. So yeah if your putting on the slip on no worries.
