I have an 06' CBR 1000, I am wanting to adjust the suspension up for my weight so I can ride better in the curves, I think right now its set up to soft....does anyone on here know how exactly to adjust my front and back suspension enough to give me step by step instructions on how to do so for my weight, I'm about 170lbs....any advice would be appreciated thanks!
