reverse shift on a 09 1000rr

Has anybody done it.A good friend of mine has a 09 cbr 1000 and wants to see about reversing his shifting.I have it on my 954 and he is impressed by how much faster the shifting is.Any ideas as to how to do it.

buy a cbr 1100 shifter. im pretty sure they were a track oriented shift pattern.
