We'll I looked under the tank and sure enough the main vent hose under the tank was folded over allowing no airflow. The Honda tech routed the the vent tube that comes out near the shifter wrong and this caused theshort piece of hose to fold over on itselfbefore the "T" fitting. I routed it correctly, made sure the tube was not bentand itruns great now.
