Default rear wheel problem....

i just got ready to start ridin my new 04 cbr 1000. i rode and the rear brake felt like you really had to push down and didnt do much. i looked at the reat and the caliper bracket is rubbing the rotor bolts and rotor and wearing where the rims bearing is. the other side is rubbing the sprocket bolts on the swing arm. im almost possitive, bc all my bikes had them, there should be an aluminum spacer between the wheel and caliper bracket and between the wheel and swingarm on the sprocket side. here are some pics. thanks for any help, im def not ridin like this.

Damn dude!
Go to this website, and make sure you have these. It looks like you forgot the aluminum spacers on the left and right side of the wheel; Thus causing the swing arm to pinch in!
From looking at the damage You might need the bearings, and new dust seals as well.
Did you buy it like this?

I hope you kept the sellers information. If he did the work himself, he deserves a kick in the nuts.
