i have the gray cbr06 1000rr and i dont think the gray color was available last year and i have seen the seat cowls so well see

Just got off the phone with Honda Customer Suport. The 06 seat cowls are available and here are the part #'s:

Red: 08F74-MEL-110
Black: 08F74-MEL-190

Apparently they have been available for a while. With the part #, your dealer should order one for you.

Wonder where the dealers get their info from...their databases sure seem outdated!

Disclaimer: This is what the rep told me on the phone. I checked a couple of websites; looks like the ...190 maybe the blue (not black like she told me). Please verify with dealer before you order.

I just ordered a REPSOL seat cowl. Cost me 160 bucks!!! They say Repsol are hard to get and therefore more costly. Is this true? Have i been dragged thru a pile **** and paid for it?

These are brand new OEM rear seat cowls. He charges 120$ shipped. I just got mine in. Saved me 80$
