Default Question: post upgrades

On my 2006 1000k I recently installed a set ofBMC air filters, a full system Yoshimura RS 5, and a power commander. After installation I have noticed a minor ticking noise coming from the front side of the engine. This noise is only noticable at very low r.p.m. after the clutch is rolled out. I have noticed no difference in power, what so ever, and everything seems fine. What could this possibly be?I thought this possibly could be an issue with a CAM but, it wouldn't run the way it does......... Any ideas???????
