Does anyone with an after market screen have a buzzing sound from vibration,and how have they gotten rid of it. I've tried several things and the latest was 2 sided tape and still getting a buzzing sound.

 

Make sure everything is snugged down and installed correctly, you know, the usuall stuff. I am assumng that this buzzing sound appeared the minute you istalled the aftermarket shield? Call the manufacturer, I'm sure they have heard and probably answered every kind of question you could immagine in regards to thier products and installation/problems.

 

I have a puig screen, but I haven't had this problem. Hopefully it is just a loose screw.

 

mine does too at a certain rpm or speed just flip your visor up while your riding and start touching parts of the faring to stop the vibrating. Thats whatI did andI found the very to of the windscreenon the left side on top where the windscreen meets the fairing. The part closest to you after the last windsreen bolt.

 

Today I spent some time adjusting and riding. I think I got the point where it was touching. The very front tip of the windscreen was touching the little light. I couldn't see from the front of the bike because of the bevel on the plexi made it look like it was clear of everything. Thanks for the responses.
