Default Problem with gears- help needed

Hey guys, I need some advice/help. I have a relatively new 06 CBR1000 RR (only 1700 miles). When I shift from 1st to 2nd or from 2nd to 3rd, or 3rd to 4th, I feel a distinct `click.` BUT when I shift from 4th to 5th or 5th to 6th gear, I don`t feel the `click.` It is a bit of a vague feeling. This just started today. Anyone has any suggestions or comments about what`s wrong with cbr or what adjustments need to be made? Thanks ahead time.

I know I've read something like this before on another forum, and all I remember was someone replying "did you check the oil level?" Don't know if that's even close to a suggestion on what to do, but it could be.

I'm almost positive it's been doing this all along, but you haven't noticed. I read about this once, so it's kind of vague, but it has to do with the ratio and spinning speed in relation to one another if I remember right. 1st - 4th is a positive shift feeling, then 5th and 6th really ease in. My F4i was like this, and every other bike I've ridden.
Oil level has nothing to do with it (as long as it's not bone dry lol)
Also, check your chain slack. Sometimes that can make a difference.

Hondas have a heavy gear box. You'll always hear a distinct click or the bike will want to jump forward especialy on the bigger bikes.
