Default PGM-FI Indicator Issue

2006 1000rr Just installled a Yosh rs5 slip on, everything else stock. The pgm-fi indicator light is now on. Is this normal because the change in exhaust flow, or is it something I need to be concerned about

Thanks!!

On the stock mid pipe there is a little box that controls the butterfly valve your exhaust instructions should have told you which cable to cut so that the fuel injection light doesn't trip.....Just a thought....could be what's wrong
