You can upload the images to photobucket or open them with MS Paint, then go to Image, click on it, it will have a drop down menu. Select Stretch/Scew, under the stretch section reduce the image by putting in a percentage size you want that picture. So instead of 100% but it 60% and go from their.

just use www.imageshack.us - click resize to 800x600 or less, then click host it
copy the "direct link" and then paste it using the little icon with the yellow sky & mountains
