Default NEW CBR 1000

I just bought my black07 today...nice! I have had a few GSXR 1000's a Busa and the 05 R1. But I must say this bike is NICE!
I am ordering the Jardine slip-ons,PC3,BMC race,Val. stacks, the fend. elim., flush mounts, double bubbleand frame sliders. Should I make a change on anything or add something else? Great forum with lots of info!!

you really dont need veloctity stacks. supposedly the 06 and up stacks are the same as the HRC ones.
in fact 04/05 owners are using the 06 oem stacks as an upgrade.

thanks...I just read that on the search for old subjects on Vel. stacks. Always had them on my other bikes. That's why I love these forums!

The velocity stacks...the 4 funnels on top of each throttle body inside the airbox. Help funnel air evenly into each throttle body/cylinder

And welcome to the forum! You'll love the RR, it's an incredible bike and fairly user friendly. I've had my '07 since March and I love it!

What kind of synthetic oil would you recommend, i'm considering Motul 300V fully synthetic?
