Hello guys, i'm new around here, my name is on the board, i'd like to know wich are the main problems of this bike and, if possible, ways to go around or fix them. i'm about to buy one, i have no license so i'm going to ride without license plate so, i'd really want to know the main problems...!!!

 

police will be the main problem imo.

 

i have 5 months with my 07 so far the only problem has been the factory gas tank recall. ($0 cost 2 u) other than that its been a sweet reliable machine..

 

get your license, then buy a bike, and then buy license plates, that would be your best start,

If you can't do these three things then you arn't ready to buy a Bike!! IMO

 

04-05 Had Stator Problems. Other than that if you get an 06-07 they are pretty bullet proof. Factory Recall on the tank but they replace it for free so thats not really all that bad.
