RE: Need Help
lose the shield
you dont need it with titanium or carbon fiber
or you can use the Cool-It brand thermal tape under the tail if you are worried about plastics
do a search on the yosh for this bike on www.1000rr.net
they basically are only good for about 5hp

RE: Need Help
pipes like sato or arata
have been proven to add anywhere from 10 to 15 horses depending on the map
plus they sound great but cost about twice what the yosh does
i have the sportbikecreation race kit
on my arata pipe
there are two arata slip ons
the one like i have that comes out crooked like the sato pipe and the arata box style
it comes out straight
there is no difference in performance
for the crooked pipe you will have to trim some plastic off of this FE kit to clear the pipe
straight pipes fit fine
i removed both the heat shield under the tail and the one by my right leg
there is Cool It thermal tape painted black under my rear tray

you will also find on 1000rr.net that one of the mods (Speedy) had a conversation with Yosh about their pipe and even they told him that both the full and slip on will only net 5-7 horses
the only advantage to the yosh full is weight
and price
you can get a full yosh for the same price as an arata or sato slip on
