Default Mph help!

I just bought a used 2006 1000rr, and the mph is off by 10. in other wards at 55mph i am actually going 45 mph. i know the front sproket was switched from a 16t to a 15t. is that the reason? i know the rear is new too but not sure the teeth count. would this affect the speedo? if so how do i fix it?

thanks in advance!

+1, the new model spedo healer has some great functions.
dual program memory banks
remote top speed reecal button.

I love it. Been using it for over 10K miles. no problems.
