I get about 115-125 before the yellow light. But I only have about 500 miles logged. Still trying to make time to ride. Anyone in the DFW area ride on a regular basis?

you guys are all compairing different bikes with different riding styles and all that comes into account...i'm sure the tank on the '93 1000 is larger than that on a 600RR and not to mention probably redlines at around what 10Grand...600RR doesn't even make any power below 10Grand...apples oranges bananas and grapes here people...but this is all just my 2 cents...i've gotten between 120 & 160miles between yellow lights also at various elevations
Yep, I'm sporting about 5.5 gallons of fuel. If I'm cruising, I get great gas mileage. If I'm frisky, mpg's are reduced.

It amazes me that as bikes get more and more CCs to provide power, the fuel tanks get smaller and smaller. I was looking at a Suzuki C90T (1550cc) cruiser today. The bike is fairly large, as big as any fully dressed cruiser. But it only carries 3.8 gallons of fuel, which barely gets it past 100 miles before "stop and go" time. The fuel tank looks 2x the size of my CBR 1000F tank but they have all kinds of gauges and controls in it that eat up space.

My CBR1000RR gets about 135 miles before the light comes on. Gas mileage has been pretty steady at just under 38mpg.

Alberta power! Haha, my Repsol is in Calgary... just left my baby all alone and went to FL for a bit. Anyways, I get about 180km's till the light comes on. Takes about 15L to fill up once the light is on and I find my way to a gas station. It's all in the way you ride. Sometimes get more, sometimes get less. Stupid power commander haha Jk.
