LOOKED OUTSIDE AND SHE WAS WHEELS UP!!!!!
I cant believe it! The wind picked up so much that the cover that it was under acted like a sail and knocked my bike onto its side. I F'n hate not having a garage right now! Oh well, get pissed, get over it and fix it.
I need to know:
Will the rearset for '05 1kRR fit?
What is a good aftermarket rearset?
Will the right side crankcase cover for a '05 1kRR fit?
I know already since she is blue/yellow I am going to take it in the tailpipe for a new tail section. Thanks for everyones help.

RE: LOOKED OUTSIDE AND SHE WAS WHEELS UP!!!!!
Your tail section, was it cracked or just badly scratched. When my 600RR fell over, it scratched up the rear cowl real bad (I was so pissed). I just sanded it down until it was smooth and added a black vinyl to cover it. Most people think the vinyls I added are stock. I would say try to cover it with a specially-designed vinyl graphic out of yellow or whatnot.
Here's a pic of what I did to mine.

Damn I am sorry to hear what happened. Where do you live that it got so windy? And to answer your questions I am not sure but the more I look at the both I think it will. Really major differences is the body work and of course engine internally. So you may get away with it.
Vortex makes good aftermarket rearsets that are black or standard brushed aluminum.
Once again sorry for what happened

It cracked it. I ordered a new one today for $230:-( As far as the rearsets go I ran into a guy today with my same bike that just happened to have vortex rearsets on it. I asked him what he did with the old ones, since the bike was only three weeks old, and he said they were in his shop just laying there. $40 bucks for the set!!!! Bought black bar ends with RR inscribed in them and now I am back to normal. For everyones information:
The '05 rearsets will fit but there is a hole on the '06 to put a bolt through connecting to the heat shield.
