I just installed mine last week and it works great. Before I started I took a look at the below web-site to make sure I understood the wire hook ups. The instructions that came with my Clear alteritive Tail weren't very clear.

I did install with the resistors to slow down the blink rate. It slowed them down a bit, but once I installed LED flush mounts on the front they sped up again. I'm going radio shaq and try to install them on the fronts as well. Maybe that will slow them down.

Guess I didn't really answer your question, but maybe this web-site will help ya..... Good luck

Just replace the stock thermal flasher with a Variable-Load Electronic Flasher. They don't cost much and you don't have to wire in resistors. The stock thermal flasher IS the reason why the LED's blink extremely fast. Replace the flasher and problem solved permanently.

When I got my LED Turn signals they gave me a new Flasher unit, but I'm not sure where it goes, or how to change it out. The unit was a universal so I'm sue it don't match up.

I'll check into it....

thx

I'm pretty sure you have the wiring wrong. My guess is that you switched the wire that is for your brake light with the one that is consistently on when not braking. As a result, your brake light is always on and the regular driving light turns on when you brake. I know somebody who did this exact thing, but it wasn't with a honda so this is just a guess.

It comes wit a stock wiring harness so u dont have to connect any wires to each other. Its just plug and play.
