OK Texas_IMA_DILDO

Now I ignored your stupid childish post one after another, But let me finally put you to bed.

You were the one who said that you were SCARED when you test road the CBR 1000, let me quote you...

ORIGINAL: TexasArmadillo

Since then, I've put 12,000 miles on my bike, commuting in heavy rushhour traffic in Dallas from my home in the suburbs, without so much as a tip-over in a parking lot. And I'm telling you the testride I took last week on a 2005 CBR liter, left me covered with sweat after just 10 minutes of riding. Yeh, it was fun, but I was stressed out by it. I was just as scared when I went from my MSF to my BMW and there's a reason: Honda Nighthawk -> BMW F650CS is a four fold HP increase. BMW -> CBR liter is another four fold HP increase...
...even though I'm thoroughly skilled on the street, it still got to me.
So then Texas_IMA_DILDO

You proceeded to chide me for buying a CBR1000 as my first bike. You even made 5 posts back to back about me and now you have started a new thread to get my attention. Anyone, Texas_IMA_DILDO, I mean anyone can easily see that you have seriuos inner-child-cowardly issues to sit behind a board and constantly beg for someone else's attention.

Did you get a CBR1000? Cuz I did and have been riding all the while you are posting nonsense on this board. If so, did you have an overdose of Viagra to get enough "*****" (amongst other things you can't get up since you had the 6 year old) to actually buy one?

If you bought one, Texas_IMA_DILDO, then ride and become a positive contributor to this board. Other than that, PLEASE HUG the little one for all of us CBR1000 riders here. The last thing we need is for him/her to grow up to be age 47 like dad and play cowardly games on a fourm board. Now Good Night, Texas_IMA_DILDO, and Sleep Tight. Your nervous "sweating" after test riding the CBR is little in comparison to what you would be doing if I actually decided to "flame you back." NOW GROW UP!!!

Simply pathetic,

And obviously a psychological projection of 'little man syndrome'...

Aside from that, why aren't you telling us about your riding. You sound really angry. What happened? Did you dump it?

If you read other posts from me you would figure out for yourself that I have a 1000RR now. I've posted several observations on it based on comparison with previous bike experience, something to which you have no means of making a comparison. Read them. Read other folks words of wisdom too. You can learn from other peoples mistakes or you can learn from your own. Trust us - learning from other's mistakes is CHEAPER.

Yes I was intimidated by my testride. But like my previous bike, after several hundred miles, I've gotten used to it's general characteristics. And like my previous bike, it will take several thousand miles to understand it's limits, its 'operating envelope' without dumping it. Others might do this faster based on a wide variety of previous bike experience. Other's might do this faster by being willing to crash when they go over the line. I'm willing to do it by giving it some time and patience - something which your rhetoric seems to betray a lack of.

Good luck, you're gonna need it.

- TA

That's it...whine a little more about your timid "experience" and lay down. Now sleep little one, sleep.

WHOA.. for one i dont think this is what this site was made for (not that i have the authority to say this but) Evan should not have been critisized for buying a 1k for a first bike..if you think he should be then say something to me also because i did 3 weeks ago and ride it happily everyday. also i think there was actually a friendly reason that Texas was looking for you, not sure just think i remember reading something. anyway, as entertaining as this all was for me to read we are all riders and dont really need problems between us for something on a forum... know what im saying? just tryin to help out.. not sure if i said it all how iw anted but at least i tried

I understand where you are coming from, but TEX meant to be a *****, because on another thread that he started recently he went on to call me stupid for buying the CBR 1000,...not to mention the 10 or 11 posts he put on the thread I started when he didn't even own one at the time. I agree with you, but I had ignored this ***** for about 2 weeks to have him keep coming in here and trying to "troll" his way into my path. He started this thread to garner the type of attention I gave him. Sometimes you have to give a child what he asks for.

Congrats on your new BIKE. Had mine for two weeks and haven't skipped a day of riding!!!
