OK, I've narrowed my selection of pipes down to three and they are as follows.

Yoshimura RS-5 undertail stainless steel
Scorpion Round 90mm stainless steel undertail
Micron Twin Outlet undertail

Let me know what you guys think is the best pipe

I would go with either the Scorpion or the Yosh.

Micro looks too similar to stock for my taste.

Question: are you sure you want the round undertail for the Scorpion and not the oval?

<------- Look at my pics for an example of the oval scorpion.

Whichever one you have installed is better.

I wonder why people can't be happy with stock. All a pipe will do is change the sound of the bike. When it comes to street riding, what's another 5% of power?

LMAO!!! i just heard (read on 1000rr.net i think)of a new striker exhaust that a guy just bought. unless this guy bought one of the "old" kits from (whats his name, shhh). and when i looked at the can, it LOOKED EXACTLY like my aratra, but with a striker badge.

the fit, finish and build quality man. its like driving a pinto then getting into a bmw. comparing exhaust like this is a no brainer. id rather spend top dollar on an exhaust that will hold up over the years, sound better than the rest, and give ACTUAL DYNO PROVEN numbers. maby im spolied and enjoy the finer things in life and on my bike.
