With the ingition "on", hold down SEL and RESET until the time blinks. Then use the same buttons to adjust the time.

I recommend you go back to the dealer that sold you the bike and ask for a manual for your bike. I'm sure they have some extra laying around. I once bought a bike that came with the wrong tool kit. I went back to the dealer, and they had a drawer full of those things.
