Does any one know what these boxes are? I have no idea . I have an 06 cbr1000rr I recently purchased and all I know is when I opened the thing and put a volt meter with the bike running , it blew the main fuse!!! The box was sealed and I broke it open. Not sure if I need it or not! Any help would be greatly appreciated

 

What are they wired to?
HID headlight ballast maybe? LED light kit?Hard to tell by the pictures alone?
