By the way blue and yellow is not a gay color... lol. And despite dirt bike experience or not, 1000 is a totally different monster than a dirt bike or even a 600.

That scam is all over craigslist right now.

Dont get the 1000cc....you'll kill yourself. I've been riding 600s for about 10 years now and I just recently picked up a 954. Unless your a pro rider (you're not) most of the power it has over the 600cc bike is unuseable. I actually turn faster track times with my 600cc bike.

I can remember being 17 and wanting the biggest ,baddest, meanest machine that money could buy. The people in my life who cared about me talked me into taking a smaller bike and getting good at riding first. I started riding at eight years old, and progressed from 100 to 250 to 350 twostroke to 750 cruiser to 600 sportbike, then 750 and now am at the 1000rr stage of my riding career. All the good stuff I learned about riding may not have happened if I started at the other end of the progression. If you love bikes as you claim to then give yourself a chance to experience riding and developing at a pace you will survive. Good Luck.
