Yea he isnt getting 7k for it from the dealer, the dealer would then have to sell it for 9k+ to make out, and that aint happening. If ya really like the bike, make him the offer you are willing to make, tell him 6800 and the full exhaust, or whatever it is you want to pay or are willing to pay. Make sure you have the cash on you, put him on the spot to make a snap decision.
