Default Former 929'ers now on a 08 1000

Just curious any new 2008 CBR 1000 riders coming off of a 929 before their 08 1000. Just want to know how the 08 feels compared to the 929 power and handling wise? Is there a big difference?

I came from a 929 to an 06 and there is a huge difference, the 06 is a way better bike in performance but the 929 is still a cool classic shortwheel based wheelie machine. the 929 will run forever if u take care of it. Im hoping my 06 will treat me the same. I debated and almost bought the 08 and went with the 06 because they didnt have the color I wanted and the 06 was plus the 06 already had a bunch of mods and was 2K cheaper I read that the 08 handling makes it a much better track bike but the 06-07s are much better street bikes
