Angry Fork seals replaced/forks rebuild...still leaking?????

Help..... I've searched around to see if anyone else has or is encountering the same issue. Allow me to start from the very beginning....I owe a 2015 CBR1000rr which has about 48,000 miles. I noticed on the forks some oil residue, so I'd schedule with my mechanic seal replacement. Had the work done and was riding to work as normal. Noticed, one morning before leaving for work...fresh oil residue, on the forks. wiped them off and decided to inspect them upon arriving to work. Just as I guessed ...fresh oil!!!! Took back to the shop, and they rebuild them....replaced the bushing as well...but the leak still persist?????
Any suggestion.....

Regards
Lj

Is the tube straight and scratch free? They can look straight, but to make sure they need to be rolled and measured with a dial indicator. Could they have been overfilled? The amount of fluid that the manual says isn't always right. The actual level needs to be checked to insure it has just the right amount.
