It is a pretty simple design so if you had the materials and one to copy you COULD make one. I tried without having one to copy but anything i tried looked pretty bad. said screw it and bought one at a dealer here for $100(competition Wereks) and it took 1 hour, a hacksaw and few wrenches. kind off pisses you off when you see one because it is a very simple design but tricky to make.

I made my own. I took a strip of stainless, 1 inch wide, bent it so it would slide through my exhaust hanger, then bent it back towards the front, then bent it down at and angled it back. I then welded on a plate of stainless so the lisence plate would have a place to attach. I can make a better diagrahm if you need one.

If you dont have a welder, you could always just bolt on a strip of steel or aluminum across the strip that comes down, then drill the two holes for your plate to go into.

oh yeah, I have an intergrated tail light. thats why you dont see any blinkers.
