Default Fairing cleaner?

I know this is probably a dumb question: How do you clean your Fairings?

I have always used a soft cloth, light soap and water. I notice slight scatches. I have a new bike and want to avoid this.

Any suggestions??

I have heard that regular soap will strip the wax off of your bike. I prefer using this spray cleaner/polisher:

You might be able to find this at your local dealer. Many people on this forum use it and swear by it. I love it- spray on, wipe off.

it use to say "Honda" in the top left corner, but now it just says "original". This is the same stuff, but for whatever reason, Honda doesn't have there name on it anymore.

I use the same stuff on my bikes that I use on my car. I get liquid soap at the auto parts store and use regular car wax or Honda cleaner/wax.

simple green for heavy stuff and water from a hose (low pressure)

honda polish after that

you can also get a motorcycle cleaner called s100 that is really good at cleaning but it spots bad and strips wax

Cloth baby diapers work really well or a package of Hanes white T-shirts.
