1. ZX-10
2. '05 CBR1000RR (gotta have my bike up there eh?)
You prefer the ZX-10 over the 1000RR? Can I ask why?

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, I am not trying to set you up for any sort of bashing... Oh yeah, what year ZX-10?

No worries, I'm bias towards Kawi's as I've ridden them for many years with no problems.
It was a coin flip on whether to get the '05 ZX-10 or '05 CBR. All the research I did as well as a friend of mine at Sport Rider Magazine suggested the CBR as it was the most 'conservative' of the liter bikes, (if there is such a thing). The ZX-10 was known to be really twitchy and the front end didn't give very good feedback when ridden hard in corners. Not something I wanted to deal with....I'm glad I bought the CBR, it corners like its on rails and has more than enough power for me...
If I was ten years younger I'd be on a Green Machine for sure!!
In my opinion, the red '07 ZX-10 is the nicest looking liter bike...

There are a lot of bikes I love, I just happen to have a Honda right now. Had LOTS of others and still looking for the Duc.

Kawasaki's are built like all bikes should be.

Bulletproof, and easy for the do it your-selfer fix it and maintenance guy, very easy and not time consuming to wrench on.

For most poeple who have ridden more than 5 years and know there way around with tools, this is reality.

Aesthetically, they are just as beautiful if not moreso than the other Japanese three. Throw in racing green, and you have something intantly recognizable, even from miles away, as a serious bike.

And 99.9% of the time, Kawi's lead their class in having the most horsepower off the floor.

I have not ridden a Kawi sport bike since my 92 ZX, and that year it was the first edition of a new generation and was more sport tour,
than pure sport, but was easily tweaked into a serious race machine if you had the money for aftermarket.

My next bike, will be, a ZX.

But that's a year or so away, at least.

Still love Hondas as much as they deserve to be loved.

When I got my 600RR I was there to buy a Triumph 675. I don't know what happend but I left with a showroom condition used RR. I guess I just can't resist a Honda. I have had a GSXR 750 and an FZR600. I guess I just like motorcycles in general.

I think the 2006 GSXR 600 is a nice bike, great fit and finish and feel to it.
I also am partial to the ZX-6R, havent ridden one, but they look good in person and on paper.
Also heard very good things about the Ducati 1098S..Looks sexy as hell, would like to ride one.

But as of now... my 2004 Honda 600RR is the best!

1995 throught 2004 Ducati 916 through 998 hands down the best looking bikes ever!. Look at the 20041000 CBR's. Honda copied what Ducati did 10 years earlier.

what i have owned
1990 FZR 600
1991 GSXR1100
1997 Ducati 916
1994 Ducati 888
2006 CBR 1000RR ( current sporto )

1996 H-D FatBoy ( still here after all the others too )

love them all for different reasons and sold the, all fordiffernet reasons. The Ducatis are awesome bikes but eat away at your wallet if you do proper service. Never rode anything that feels as planted as the 916 did, even the new RR does not handle as well. If the wallet was bottomless the Ducati's would still be around fro fun and the RR for commuting.

you already have to be an owner of a previous R model.
