Hey what is the deepest sounding exhaust for the 08 1krr? I just sold my 07 and it had a 2bros on it and it sounded pretty good. How is 2bros on the 08? What about the D&D?

 

i would go with 2 bros instead of d & d but then again thats my choice. 2 bros has sound and some preformance....d & d is loud as i had it on my previous 1k but no performance ..just a loud *** can..

 

on the 08 - 09 I would go with Taylormade They have a sound clip on the site too. And its bymy far the best looking exhaust out for the new blade!!

 

yea man ill have to check out the taylormade...But i really dont know too much about the D&D. Ive listened to clips but they were crappy quality. Is the D&D like "too" loud? I dont wana drop hundreds on a pipe then get annoyed by it ya know

 

ok, i have some experience here. i had the 2bros on my 08 first. it has the BEST sound EVER on any motorcycle i have ever owned.

i have since switched to the Taylormade, for the looks. The sound isnt bad but it sounds more like a vtwin now.

conclusion = if you only want sound, go for 2bros. if you want looks as well then go for Taylormade.

I had 2bros' on my 98 vmax and it was so throaty it was insane. Sounded like a big block chevy at idle. i miss that bike.
