Default Changing Coolant Question

So I'm getting my '06 1000RR ready for track days next week. The track requires non-glycol based coolant, so I'm attempting to replace the coolant with a Water Wetter/Distilled Water mix.

Here's the thing, to drain the factory coolant I removed the main radiator hose from the lower left corner of the radiator. This wasn't the lowest hose on the bike, but it was the only one I could get to budge. The radiator drained completely, however I don't think I got ALL of the green stuff out of the engine block. I flushed the system a couple of times with distilled water, and ultimately ran an extra 1.5 gallon of distilled through the bike trying to rinse out the green stuff. But the water that was draining out was still kind of green.

I ended up pouring about 3/4 of a gallon of distilled back into the bike with the Water Wetter mixed in.

Does anyone know how bad it is to have these two types of coolant additives mixed? Would it be bad to leave the bike this way for an extended period of time? Is there a better way to fully drain the cooling system?

Thanks
