Default baggage for cbr1000rr 08-13

ok, I have a tank bag and tail bag that work great on my cbr600f2; but it is looking like I am going to have problems with a new cbr1000rr 2011 that i am looking at. my magnet tank bag wont work, even if i center the magnets on the gas lid, and if i go tank bag with straps, i dont see any good areas to secure such. ON tail bag, mine has the bungie straps, but where do i hook up, not much, i thought maybe i can pass them under the rear seat cover and lock back in place......... anyway, anyone have any experience with what they have done or what to do that doesnt cost a million dollars, ie the ringed setup on gas lid that hooks to tankbag with female coupler... i really like the cbr1000rr but if I cant add temp luggage for day rides, little confused right now..... lol

those metal plates that fasten to your pillion seat ( ebay link ),
or something like the Ventura rack system.
if you're a do-it-yourselfer, you might even get inspired to come up with your own solution.
