I just installed one the other night on mine.

It came with a factory wiring harness and took about 15 min to install once the upper is removed.

I have one on all 3 of my bikes and love them.

the acumen is a replacement gauge assembly. Its an accurate speedo, tach, has shift lights, gear indicators etc.

I have the Acumen gear indicator fitted to my 06 1KRR, moved it over from my 04 1KRR when I sold it, wouldn't ride track days without it. Helps me learn new tracks twice as fast. Mine is just a gear indicator though, not a replacement gauge assembly, haven't seen that before.
