Default 1000rr design defects

I'm interested in knowing if there are any design defects that you guys are encountering with the fireblad...05 or 06.

More and more it seems that the 05/06 gixxer frames are weak and break way to often on lowsides at the track and on the street....
I don't know if wheelies place extra stress on the aluminum but i digress...
Also, there is a consistent clutch issue with the same gixxer.
There isn't enough oil getting in between the plates... creating launching issues...

Anything I should know about the fireblade???

Thanks guys.

the 04/05 had stator issues
not all of them
mainly 04s seemed to like going through them at a faster than normal rate
honda fixed them all via warranty

the stock suspension leaves a lot to be desired
if you weigh more than about 120 you would have to respring the forks to get the correct sag set on them
that is of course only if you are into leaning it over as far as the bike can go

other than that
no one has really every brought anything else up

Small issue of heat distorting the lower fairing on both sides, but it hasn't happened to my 06. Hasen't been real hot where i'm at tho, since i've had it.
Oh, and that it should have come from the factory w/a removable race baffle !! Mine sounded like a sewing machine w/stock can.
