Default Yoshimura Exhaust Question??

What have you guys found to be the most effective cleaner for exhaust pipes? I have a Yoshimura exhaust, but I am not sure if it is steel or aluminum. I tried some Chrome polish, but it did not work that well. It is Non-chrome and is water spotted. Thanks a lot for the help!

I used Mothers Mag Polish on mine when they got water spots on them. Polished them out to almost chrome like finish.
