Did you happen to take any pics of the exhaust work? I'd really like to see just hou you routed and constructed it. Nice job!

And I wanted to raise the rear end for better handling. The stock pipes would not allow that.

Raising the rear end is the best modification I have ever made on the CBR. Improves the bike a lot. Totally recommended.

You are right about the heavy part. I can actually feel that the rear wheel are heavier. Maybee I have lost some acceleration from low speed.
But the handling on twisty roads were improved. I do not know if it is the Pirelli Diablo or the wider wheel that do the trick.
