Mistress, Have you ever change the plugs, and you might want to get some "wet start" spray (not sure what it’s really called).
You probably have other issues, but checking the basics is a good start and easy to do
Electrical: also check the battery
Air: make sure the Air filter is clean (there is also a small foam filter under the tank (front right))
Fuel: dump the fuel from the bowls and check the fuel filter if you have one.
