If your bike has around 100HP (96?) then the clips are on if it's around 130HP the clips are off.

Tonight going to change sprodkets and chain

GREAT job, great info and great pics JayJay70

In order to do not become this threat much longer with this issue, I have posted to you a private post. Take a look.

found out forks are leaking again.. just put new seals on 3 weeks ago.. found small tiny dents from stone splash or something, cant even see em just feel em, guess thats enough to kill the seals.
Wondering if some "water sand paper" with soft hands and then redoing them again will help. if it doesnt work then its new forks.. yieks. hoping to spend those money on jet kit instead.
Then it wont let go of gas when its hot. maybe vacum leak and poddle of gas under the bike after a little ride looks like it came from the gearbox, errrrrrrrrrr... someone suggested it could be a stuck float needle..

So all i did today was driving my bike to the mechanic!!!!
advice on the forks appreciated as it cost me a ****load to get em sent to Iceland and theres like 5 bikes here like mine, so spare parts are more hard to find than a hungry blond hottie

I managed to save a set of fork tubes using wet n dry sandpaper ... after chewing up a brand new set of seals. Use a fine grade paper and turn the tube as you sand along the length - in this pattern

Was all about fluids today The tank has a pinhole leak so I rubbed it down to try a bit of jb weld as it has already had the inner tank treatment some years back by a previous owner. We'll see what happens Then I discovered a weak spot in the waterhose leading from the thermostat unit to the right hand cylinder-damn!!! On the other hand, better to do it now than come home on the back of a recovery truck!

Yep. I always love the cold morning rides to work. My bike loves that cold dense air, too. Bwwaaaaaaaa!
