Anyone have an extra touring windshield for an 87 hurricane? I'm getting old and could use a little more wind protection.

I appreciate the suggestions but some problems are beyond repair.

 

If you're trying for a higher screen you could add a "lip" to your current one with a bent perspex/lexan sheet. May not be that pretty but it'll help with the wind Pat.
Otherwise e bay UK is a good place to find screens

I fitted a touring screen to my Mk2 a month after I bought it 10+ years ago.
I'd NEVER go back to a standard screen !!!
They make a huge difference.

 

As Shadow said. I built a laminar lip for mine and fled it provides more than adequate protection along with smoother air around my shoulders and head. Here's what I did:

Wow that lip came out great. Pretty sure that's way above my skill level.

 

I put on a laminar lip within a week of owning mine , really cleaned up the air flow nicely for me .
