Thermostat location
Am I right in saying the thermostat housing location on earlier bikes is different than my 1991 which is on the right hand side front of the frame. If so where is it located on earlier bikes as I am streetfighting my 1991 and want to relocate the the thermostat so it is hidden, thanks

Hey:
I think you'll find the 87-88 CBR1KF thermo housing is under the petrol tank, it goes above the coils, and is a nice alloy unit unlike the later models cheap plastic crap.
